There is street noise on the balcony - but you're in the middle of the city .. it's really breezy and cool being up that high though, so that's good. I thought the apartment was tiny, hard to believe that a family of 3 lived there for 8 years (well, the boy is only 5 and starting kindergarten .. they moved because they wanted to send him to a certain school). There is a walk in closet (I didn't take pics of the right side of the closet where you can hang clothes) .. I think I wrote the rest of the details in the e-mail I sent ..
